Wrongful Death Suit Filed Against Brandy

Marouane Hdidou has filed a wrongful death law suit against  Brandy in the death of his wife Aboudihaj. His wife  was killed Dec 30th.

According to the accident report Brandy who was driving  at the time failed to slow in traffic. She was going 65 mph when she hit the back of Aboudihai's Honda. The car then hit another vechile struck a divider and then was hit by another car driven by Mallory Ham. The law suit claims that both Brandi and Hamm where driving recklessly

The city attorney's office is still deciding whether to charge Brandy with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
If convicted, she could face up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
