Anna Nicole Smith's Autopsy Report

Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy report has been released, giving the explanation of her death.  Six weeks ago Anna Nicole Smith was found unresponsive in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino located in Hollywood, FL. Broward County medical examiner Joshua Perper reported that the autopsy proves that no evidence of disease was found and that Anna Nicole Smith was in fact killed by an accidental drug overdose.

Possible symptoms of a drug overdose:

  • Awake but unable to talk
  • Passing out
  • Body is limp
  • Pale face
  • Choking
  • Vomiting
  • Slow breathing
  • Slow (heartbeat) pulse

The first autopsy report to be released was held due to additional evidence presented within the investigation of Anna Nicole Smith’s death. Chief Charlie Tiger of the Seminole police department, stated that officials “found nothing to indicate foul play” which was also a disputed area of the concern.
